Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Portfolio (the “Service”), including websites, applications, and related features we operate. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Portfolio lets individuals and organizations create, publish, and share professional portfolios and company profiles, and discover public profiles through search and related features. We may update, improve, or discontinue parts of the Service over time.

You are responsible for the accuracy of account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account, except where caused by our failure to provide reasonable security measures.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (such as portfolio text, images, and company information). You grant us a limited license to host, store, display, and process that content as needed to operate and improve the Service, including showing public profiles you choose to publish.

You represent that you have the rights to the content you upload and that it does not violate applicable law or the rights of others.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to use
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including through abuse, scraping that overloads systems, or malware
• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, or violates privacy or publicity rights

Some features may require a paid plan or trial. Fees, billing periods, and renewal terms are shown at checkout or in your billing settings. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. We may change pricing with notice for future periods.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that search or discovery results will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Portfolio and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you have not paid us.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we need to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
